The route
From the village, a first viewpoint is ten minutes away on a tarmac lane. The path then climbs to the Taillefer plateau (766 m), which looks down on both basins of the lake, on either side of the Duingt peninsula.
The way back is rockier. There is a shorter version (3.2 km and 260 m of climbing). Buses 15 and Y51 serve the start, at the Église stop.
