From the base area to the top of the Ban Rouge, the three Praz-sur-Arly webcams in the Val d’Arly, French Alps, with the 7-day weather for the village and the top of the ski area.
In short. 5 Praz-sur-Arly webcams, the ones published by the tourist office: the base area (1,010 m), Crêt du Midi (1,720 m) and Ban Rouge (1,983 m), with the Open-Meteo forecast for the village (1,036 m) and Ban Rouge (1,976 m), the same as on the resort page. They are images refreshed by their operator (Trinum / Webcam-HD), not a video stream.
Understanding the conditions
Which Praz-sur-Arly webcam should I check?
The base-area webcam (1,010 m) shows the bottom of the slopes and the snow in the village. Crêt du Midi (1,720 m) is halfway up and Ban Rouge (1,983 m) at the top of the ski area: comparing the three tells you whether fog is sitting in the Val d’Arly and whether the snow reaches down to the village.
Praz-sur-Arly, part of the Espace Diamant
Praz-sur-Arly lies in the Val d’Arly, between Megève and Flumet, and its slopes are part of the Espace Diamant (192 km of runs according to our catalogue). The season is announced from 19 December 2026 to 29 March 2027. Megève has its own webcam page.
The webcams show the sky and visibility when the image was taken. The 7-day forecast is an Open-Meteo model estimate for the village (1,036 m) and Ban Rouge (1,976 m), the same as on the resort page, recalculated every hour. This page shows no measured snow depth and does not derive one from the forecast. None of these tells you whether a slope or lift is open; the official report does.
No: they are images refreshed regularly by their operator, not a continuous video stream. The capture time is shown on the image or at the source; a view with no image for more than 24 hours is not shown here.
Where are the Praz-sur-Arly webcams?
At the base area (1,010 m), Crêt du Midi (1,720 m) and the top of Ban Rouge (1,983 m); altitudes as given by the image host, Webcam-HD.
Can a webcam tell me whether the Praz-sur-Arly slopes are open?
No. Snow on an image confirms neither that the slopes nor that the lifts are open: only the resort’s official report says so, with its date.
What is the weather forecast for Praz-sur-Arly?
The 7-day forecast at the top of the page is the Open-Meteo model forecast for the village (1,036 m) and Ban Rouge (1,976 m), the same as on the resort page, recalculated every hour. It is an estimate, not an on-site measurement.
